Configure routing between the three networks
Your job as administrator is to provide access for your users/clients who split time between home office,regional offices, those who travel to conferances and customer locations. In order to provide access to the resources they may need on your network you have decided to use routing and remote access.
Determine which IP address will be Static or Dynamic, and weather there will be any need for Firewall exceptions. Also make sure that servers have connectivity and create all neccessary network and/or group policies that will be needed.
